Website assistance
Website accessibility & assistance.
Ask for help with a page or a control that does not work for you. You can report an access barrier here, or telephone or email Gromzi instead of using a web form. The same alternatives are available for an inquiry about legal consultation in Austin.
Report what stops the task.
Gromzi provides this guidance for the public website at gromzi.com. It covers the practice information, the legal notices and the inquiry controls. The useful starting point for an access report is the task that could not be completed: opening a section, reading a notice or sending an inquiry, for example.
This statement is not a claim of audited conformance with a Web Content Accessibility Guidelines level. No independent accessibility certification or completed test across every browser and assistive technology is claimed. A layout intended to support keyboard use can still fail in a particular combination of software and settings. Reports of those failures are welcome.
You do not need to explain a disability or provide medical information. Tell us what you need to read or do, and what alternative would help. Asking for assistance with the website is separate from asking the practice to accept legal work.
Use the keyboard from the first link.
Press Tab to move to the next link or control and Shift + Tab to move back. The first link is “Skip to content”; activating it moves past the repeated header to the main page. A visible outline marks the control with keyboard focus. Links open with Enter; buttons also respond to Space.
- Practice sections
- On the homepage, Overview, What we do, Proof and Contact select the section below. In the enhanced tab bar, use Left or Right Arrow to move between tab controls, Home or End to reach an end, and Enter or Space to activate the focused tab. Tab then moves onward into the page.
- Small-screen navigation
- The Menu button opens the navigation in the page flow. Move through its links with Tab. Escape closes an open menu and returns focus to its button; choosing a link takes you to the named destination.
- Cookie statement
- The cookie document uses tabs on larger screens. Below the tablet layout, its parts become labelled disclosure buttons. Enter or Space opens a part. The page address includes the selected part so a saved link can return to it.
- Practice support
- “Ask a question” opens the chat panel. Use the labelled Close support chat control or Escape to close it and return to the launcher. Chat is not a substitute for urgent advice, and no immediate staff response is promised.
If a screen reader handles arrow keys as reading commands, use its documented method for interacting with a tab control. You can also follow the ordinary navigation links. With scripting unavailable, the homepage sections and cookie document remain in reading order rather than requiring a working tab interface.
Keep your own reading settings.
Use your browser’s zoom controls to enlarge the page, including at 200%. The layout is designed to reflow into fewer columns rather than require a desktop-sized window. On a phone, increasing text size can make headings take more lines; the text should remain readable without covering a control. A table may have its own scrollable area without making the entire page scroll sideways.
The site uses your device’s reduced-motion preference. When that preference is enabled, image depth effects and the spring movement on interactive controls are removed. There is no separate motion setting to find on this page. Look for Reduce motion or a similarly named setting in your operating system’s accessibility options, then return to the browser.
Text is not supplied only as part of a photograph. Illustrative photographs have alternative text, and form fields have labels. The printed view is intended to make document text available without the floating chat and storage banner. Browser print previews can differ; if a printout omits a passage, request that passage by email rather than relying on the incomplete copy.
A phone number or an email is enough.
The website assistance form needs your name, permission to use the message to respond, and at least one reply method. Telephone and email are each optional on their own. There is no need to complete both. An address is optional as well, and the form does not ask for an attachment.
Where enhanced form handling is available, an error summary identifies fields that need attention, with messages beside those fields. A submission is only confirmed after the server accepts it. If no confirmation appears, do not assume the request arrived. Keep your wording before trying again, or use the contact details below and mention the failed attempt.
Declining optional advertising storage does not prevent an assistance request. The permission beside the form is permission to handle that message, not a choice to allow advertising cookies. The storage choices can be changed separately. The privacy notice explains how inquiry information is handled, and the data-request page receives requests about personal information.
Do not send the case file.
An access report needs the page and the obstacle, not confidential legal documents or a detailed account of a matter. For a business legal consultation in Austin, use the practice inquiry route once it is usable, or ask by telephone or email. Acceptance and jurisdiction still require confirmation under the engagement terms.
Some failures need a different route.
Browser extensions, blocked scripts and unavailable device storage can affect the enhanced controls. Chat, for example, relies on a working connection and a stored conversation token to resume a conversation. A blocked token can prevent that continuity. Ordinary contact details remain available without opening chat.
External websites linked from the notices have their own interfaces. Gromzi does not control their keyboard behavior or document formats. If you cannot reach a platform’s privacy information, tell us which link failed so we can identify the destination; we cannot promise changes to another organization’s website.
An accessibility report does not come with a fixed repair or response time. Some corrections require reproducing a problem with the relevant device and software. If a workaround is possible, it can be discussed without waiting for a site change. You can ask for a status update through the same reply channel, identifying the original page and any receipt number you received.
Technical access assistance does not extend a legal deadline. Do not wait for a website fix where a filing or response deadline needs immediate attention. The website terms explain why neither an inquiry nor an assistance message starts representation.
Request website assistance.
Include the page address and what happened when you tried to use it. If useful, name your browser or assistive technology and its version. That information is optional. A short description such as “the Contact tab will not open using my keyboard” is enough to start.
For another route, email [email protected] with “Website assistance” in the subject or call +1 (865) 555-2505. Written correspondence can be addressed to Gromzi, 2 River Road, Unit B, Austin, Texas 82632, United States. These alternatives also cover requests for the text of a page in a more usable format.
